Things to see and do during your stay at the four star seaside campsite L’Espérance in the Manche department

L’Espérance camping site is located on the Côte des Isles in the Manche department at the heart of one of the most beautiful areas in France. Whether you’re lovers of nature, sports (water or otherwise), history or gastronomy, come and spend your dream family holiday here and discover the treasures of Normandy. From  Barneville-Carteret you can go on a boat trip to discover the Channel Islands Guernsey, Jersey, Sark or Alderney.

If you like nature at its wildest, then you can take one of the many hiking or cycling paths that start from Denneville or Portbail. You can also discover the beauty and serenity of the long beaches of fine sand in Normandy.

Lovers of history and ancient buildings will marvel at the churches of Ormonville la Foliot and especially Saint Remi, which has a 16th century fresco. A little further on you can visit a traditional Cotentin windmill, Don’t miss the surprising Gallo-Roman baptistery in Portbail.
