The price includes:
- Pitch rental with accommodation and facilities.
- Water, electricity, gas and electric heating as appropriate as well as access to the shower and bathroom facilities, which are heated in the off season (including hot water).
- Entry to the the covered swimming poll when it is open and entry to the outdoor swimming pool and its water slides from May 25 to September 15th, to the putting course, table tennis table and the swing park.
- Free entry to all shows and events for adults or children in the high season.
The price does not include:
- Cleaning at the end of the stay: if the cleaning is not done or not up to scratch the cost of cleaning your accommodation will be deducted from your guarantee (50 Euros for two bedroom mobile homes, 60 Euros for three bedroom mobile homes and 40 Euros for all other accommodation). All kitchenware must be cleaned, dried and put away by the guests.
- Pet licence fee (cats and dogs): 5 Euros per night.
- Wi-fi access throughout the campsite (see rates).
- Use of the washing machine: (4 Euros per token).
- Use of the drier: (3.50 Euros per token).
- Tourist tax: 0.60 Euros per person over 18 per night.
Guarantee
You will have to give a guarantee of 500 Euros by cheque or by card when you check in. It will be returned to you at the end of your stay as long as your accommodation is clean and in perfect condition after inventory. Guests have 24 hours to report an incomplete inventory or any other anomaly when they check in.
The inventory will take place between 8:30 and 10:00am, before the accommodation is vacated. If it can’t be carried out because the guests are checking out outside these hours, the deposit will be kept and sent to the guests once the campsite has checked the state of the accommodation. Deductions will be made if there are any costs for the campsite such as cleaning costs or repair work to be done.
Hotel service
Cleaning service at the end of your stay :
- 80 Euros for three bedrooms mobile homes
- 65 Euros for two bedrooms mobile homes
- 55 Euros for Sahari Lodge and Tithome
- 50 Euros for Coco Sweet
All kitchenware must be cleaned, dried and put away by the guests.
Checking in and out
Check in hours: from 4pm to 7pm Check out hours from 8:30am to 10am
In case of late arrival please let us know by telephone.
After hours reception is at the bar and restaurant of the campsite.
The deadline for late arrivals is 10:30pm.
